Inclement Weather Update

All physical offices will be closed Friday, January 10 due to inclement weather but we will keep all appointments and see all patients via televisit. Our staff and providers will work remotely and be available by phone to assist with any questions. Please note that if you originally had an in-person appointment for Friday, that appointment will now be televisit. We will be happy to reshcedule anyone that needs to have an in person visit at at later date. 

Safety is our primary concern for both patients and employees.

Please be patient with the phone calls due possible staffing limitations and power outages created by the weather. We will respond as quickly as possible.
