Life can present many challenges that may leave you feeling ill-equipped to handle these uncertain situations on your own. I am passionate about helping those struggling with life’s difficulties and am grateful to have the opportunity to walk alongside individuals in need of support. I have been providing mental health services for 2 years in outpatient and inpatient settings. I provide individual and group therapy. I address adjustment disorder, anxiety, depression, career transitions, cognitive disorders, relationship challenges, and trauma related issues. My therapeutic stance is eclectic and collaborative. I utilize an integrated therapeutic approach to meet the distinct needs of each client I work with. I am passionate about helping individuals feel confident about themselves and strive to provide support in self-esteem development. I also assist in the process of gaining coping and life skills to deal with various problems individuals may face. I possess a diverse set of therapeutic skills which allows me to utilize supportive therapy, CBT, DBT, trauma informed therapy, solution focused therapy, and positive psychology. I am looking forward to the opportunity to build a therapeutic relationship with you!
