Finding the right therapist can be challenging. For me, therapy is about fostering a collaborative relationship with clients looking to start their journey toward personal growth. I am an Associate Professional Counselor with two years of experience. I am currently working toward full licensure. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Services from Clayton State University. Following graduation, I joined Clayton State’s graduate program and earned my Master of Science in Clinical Counseling Psychology. When it comes to counseling, I utilize a variety of evidence-based practices to help individuals set and achieve goals for personal wellness. Through the therapeutic relationship, I hope to work with young adults and adults on setting and achieving personal goals. I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addiction. I grew up in a small town in Nebraska. I moved to the North Georgia area as a freshman in high school. One thing I have always loved about this area is the trees and the mountains. In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors with my husband, and playing with my two dogs.
