I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor from Augusta, Georgia with specializing in addiction issues, anxiety, depression and trauma. Utilizing a unique blend of therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I aim to address the internal conditions that contribute to negative behavior patterns. My approach focuses on helping individuals gain practical application skills and practices for a new experience with life, themselves, and the world around them.

My journey to becoming a therapist was inspired by the transformative impact of therapy on my own personal life and experiences with recovery. I am passionate about providing an attentive, compassionate space for clients to choose their session goals, and believes in the power of holding a non-judgmental space for individuals to be vulnerable and human. With over 5 years of experience in providing mental health and addiction counseling to individuals and families, I bring a collaborative, strengths-based, and client-centered therapeutic approach, drawing from recovery-oriented cognitive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, narrative, and mindfulness.
