I began my counseling career journey in 2017 after spending 15+ years in a variety of professional environments including legal, corporate, and even adventure watersports. I have lived and worked across the east and west coasts and have discovered that inner stability and flexibility are critical to navigating the twists and turns of life. As an Associate Professional Counselor, I enjoy helping others discover their personal strength and resilience that will empower them through their ever-changing life journey.
My eclectic counseling orientation combines a variety of evidence-based theoretical approaches like person-centered, attachment, acceptance and commitment, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy to effectively treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, bi-polar and many other diagnoses. I work with my clients by intertwining clinical techniques with their unique qualities and goals to create a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore, process, and best of all—find hope.
